Instagram account delete: Step-by-step information on finding out how to delete or deactivate your Instagram account

5. Enter your Instagram account password and click on Request Download.

6. You’ll receive an email with a link to your Instagram data. Click on Download Data and comply with the instructions to finish downloading your information.

In the Instagram app:

1. Log into your account, and go to your profile.

2. Tap on the menu icon within the top right then tap Settings.

3. Tap on security, then tap “Download Information”

4. Enter your e-mail address and tap “Request download”

5. Enter your Instagram account password, and faucet Next, then faucet Done.

6. You’ll receive an email with a link to your Instagram information. Click Obtain Data and comply with the instructions to finish downloading your information.

from a cell browser:

1. Log into your account, and go to your profile.

2. Tap Settings in the top left then faucet Privateness and Security.

3. Scroll down to Data Obtain and tap Request Download.

4. Enter your email tackle and faucet Next.

5. Enter your Instagram account password and tap Request Download.

6. You’ll receive an email with a link to your Instagram data. Click on Download Data and follow the directions to complete downloading your information.
