Lava launches its first 5G smartphone ‘Agni’ at Rs 19,999: Details here

House-grown mobile phone firm Lava International has become the primary Indian model to launch 5G smartphones for home consumers

Home-grown mobile phone company Lava Worldwide has become the first Indian brand to launch 5G smartphones for domestic consumers.

The smartphone launched beneath the model identify ‘Agni’ has been developed by Lava in India and is getting manufactured at its plant in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

“The purpose of launching Agni is to provide Indian shoppers the choice of a made in India smartphone for Indians by an Indian firm. We wanted to ascertain before those who there could be an Indian model that is technology-oriented.

“We’re second on the planet to launch a 5G smartphone on Mediatek Dimensity 810 chipset,” Sunil Raina, President & Enterprise Head, Lava Worldwide instructed PTI on the sidelines of the launch.

He stated that the worth of Agni has been saved at Rs 19,999 which is aggressive, in comparison with Chinese brands that dominate the Indian market at current.

The Lava Agni 5G will include a 6.78 inch full high-definition plus IPS punch gap show which is the the largest in its segment.

The corporate has positioned larger camera specs in comparison with Chinese brands promoting smartphones on the identical Mediatek 5G chipset.

Lava Agni 5G will include a 64-megapixel main digital camera, along with a 5 MP wide-angle digital camera, 2 MP depth digital camera, and a 2 MP macro camera, It will have a 16 MP entrance camera.

Raina stated Lava Agni 5G has a big 5000 mAh battery which comes with a 30W superfast charger that will get the cellphone ready at full cost in less than 90 minutes.

Lava Agni 5G will be available across stores as well as by Amazon and Flipkart from November 18.

The pre-booking window is open for users from November 9 to 17, on the Lava e-store and on Amazon by paying a pre-booking amount of Rs 500
